What started as a celebration of cutting-edge Australian winemakers in London in 2019, seems to have found its home in Brisbane now (we just love coming back) but the energy and the focus has stayed the same.

FRESH BLOOD is all about what happens next. It’s about the discovery of new winemaking talent, but also innovation, and the emergence of new winemaking styles. It’s about celebrating the future of Australian wine that we want to see flourish.

For this iteration, we’ve scooped up a selection of winemakers from Tasmania, South Australia, Victoria and a budding star from Queenland too, who we're proud to platform for their very first event.

Less deck, less humans
This one’s a bit more intimate. While only accessing two venues rather than three, we’ve shaved down the capacity to 150 keen humans, only.

Sweet, sweet takeaway discounts
The first 100 ticket buyers will receive a $10 BOTTLE TOKEN to be redeemed at the Bottle Shop inside Zero Fox.

Snack when you want
Siffredi’s are doing all the eats this time. Every ticket holder will received a $10 SNACK TOKEN that you can redeem on any menu item at Siffredi’s, between 12-3PM.

Delicious imports
We’ve just added Ryan Larkin to the lineup—our favourite importer of French natural wines. Ryan will be pouring the latest releases from Domaine De La Touraize (Jura, France).

Ticketing + How It Works

Please note: this is a stand-up tasting event.

Your ticket includes three hours of tasting (from 12-3PM) or until the wine runs out. We suggest that you arrive early, just prior to 12PM, to ensure you make the most of this experience.

After check-in, you'll be free to explore the wines available while accessing both venues for the duration of your session. We will email each ticket holder a digital map, just prior to the event, detailing where each winemaker (and importer) is positioned.

*Please ensure you also redeem your $10 SNACK TOKEN (see below) between 12-3PM, while Siffredi's kitchen is open.
